The deadline for the block booking is 29 September. After this date the block bookings are cancelled and rooms can only be booked based on availability.
SPONSORED PARTICIPANTS: HOTEL ACCOMMODATION / AIRLINE TICKETS
The conference organization will provide hotel accommodation and airline tickets for selected sponsored participants.
An airline ticket will be issued on the basis of the returned registration form and after confirmation of an issued visa.
FORMALITIES FOR ENTRY INTO THE NETHERLANDS
Participants are advised to contact the Embassy of the Government of The Netherlands soon, in order to allow sufficient time for the processing of visa applications. To facilitate the issuance of a visa, an invitation letter should be attached to a Visa Assistance Form.
This letter will be sent after confirmation of attendance. Information on visa procedures including a list of relevant Netherlands embassies and consulates are available on the internet site of the Netherlands’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.minbuza.nl (choose for English)

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A VISA AT THE AIRPORTS.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION
The international airport in The Netherlands is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. To travel from Schiphol to railway station Ede-Wageningen there is a direct train every half hour till 9 pm. The direct train takes you in one hour to Ede-Wageningen. After 9 pm you need to make a transfer at Station Utrecht. After 9 pm it takes one and a half hour to get to Ede-Wageningen.
The conference venue De Reehorst is at walking distance from the station Ede/Wageningen. Take the exit Zuidplein and walk straight ahead.
Make sure to buy a second or first class single train ticket at the railway station of the airport because it is not possible to buy one on the train.
The conference language will be English.
Cash dispenser machine can be used 24 hours a day and accept the following cards: EC Card, Euro card/MasterCard and Visa.
The nearest cash dispenser machine is situated at the railway station Ede/Wageningen. This is at approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the conference venue.
Only the Euro will be accepted in The Netherlands. We advise you to obtain billets of 50 Euro or smaller. You may encounter difficulties in cashing billets of 100 Euro or bigger.
